Social Engagement Coordinator

As the Social Engagement Coordinator, you will help develop plans and execute tactics to increase engagement across Rainbow’s growing influencer and social community, currently largely comprised of off-road lifestyle enthusiasts. The ideal candidate will be a clear, confident communicator with a passion for the digital space who is eager to learn from and collaborate with an experienced and passionate racing game development team.

Projects will range from asset creation and deployment, to pitch development and placement, to event support for Rainbow’s upcoming racing game release. Candidate will be called upon to create and manage asset deployment schedules across Rainbow’s digital footprint, from websites to facebook and other social channels. The Social Engagement Coordinator will also be relied upon to facilitate existing relationships with influencers relevant to Rainbow’s business from athletes to manufacturers. This position is the conduit between Rainbow, marketing, and most importantly the Rainbow community/fans. The person in this role will have a “seat at the table” as it relates to Rainbow’s core community and approach to influencer and social engagement.

Term: 6 months+

  • Facilitate earned and owned social media planning and execution for all Rainbow launches across various social platforms including, but not limited to; website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.
  • Drive execution intelligence, insights and delivery through the use of key social, analytic and CMS packages including Netbase, Spredfast, Tubular. Utilize learnings to inform and support the creative approach and to drive KPI’s across platforms and campaigns.
  • Maintain and enforce all elements of ESRB, Legal and Privacy requirements for all online and digital marketing campaigns and websites.
  • Provide support to the international digital marketing team as needed including social content management and guidance.
  • Work effectively with internal cross functional teams including Brand Marketing, HR, IT, PR and Sales


  • 1 + years experience in social media – agency (or client-side equivalent), including experience executing social campaigns and events
  • Passion for gaming, music, advertising and all things tech; racing (especially off-road or motocross) a HUGE bonus.
  • Excellent verbal, organizational, and consumer technology skills
  • Experience working with agencies/partners
  • Appetite for all things digital, and social — up on the latest platforms and technologies and desire to identify opportunities for strategic brand involvement.
  • Must be effective in communicating (both written and verbal) with development team members, as well as, management and brand marketing
  • Ability to effectively interact with internal/external stakeholders and all levels of management.
