About

WHO WE ARE

Rainbow Studios is a North American subsidiary of THQ Nordic with a rich legacy of critically acclaimed motorsports titles.

Located in the heart of downtown Phoenix, we’ve built a studio that brings focus back to its employees and culture. To us, Creativity, Family, and Work-life Balance are more than just words. They are the cornerstones of our production philosophy.

In the heart of Downtown Phoenix, Arizona, we’ve developed a studio that brings focus back to its artists, designers, engineers, and culture. We maintain high levels of production, with exceptional turnaround, while also fostering a love for creative design and a family atmosphere.

We make job security
& stability a priority.

Rainbow has a proven track record of shipping titles with next to no turnover. We retain our team from game to game, and plan projects according to long-term staffing needs. We strongly believe this approach to planning and growth is the key to our continued success and sustainability.

We also believe success comes from maintaining a healthy, manageable work environment. As such, we are 100% committed to eliminating the mentally and physically exhausting habit of relying on crunch time to meet deadlines. As a team, we are constantly evaluating our practices and learning from our mistakes in order to achieve this goal together.
